You'll also find unedited phone photos of our finished pieces, along with real customer unboxing pictures, so you can see exactly how our art looks in everyday lighting — no studio tricks, no professional filters, just the honest reality behind the work (unlike what many scammers try to hide).

Your satisfaction comes first. If your package arrives squished by the postal service or you feel the expression isn't as "gentle" as you'd hoped, just send me a photo. If it doesn't meet my personal quality standards, I will create a completely new piece for you. I take full responsibility for every stitch and every little detail.

We understand that things can change! We have a short window (typically up to 8 hours) after an order is placed where we can try to update, edit, or cancel it before it's processed for shipping.

The best way to request a change is to contact us immediately via email. Please include your order number and the specific changes you'd like to make.
